How do I place an order?

If you are choosing a pre-designed cover then once you have made your choice, fill out the options for that cover. You can choose the format of the cover - so whether you want eBook only, print or social media banners. Once you've decided this, you have further customisation options with choice of font colour and text boxes to enter the details of your book. We have 4 fields - Title, Subtitle, Author Name and Genre. 

Once you have customised your cover, click to add to basket. From there you will be taken through the checkout process where you will be asked to complete an account. Once you have made payment you will receive an email confirmation. We will then follow up from this email within 24 hours with your completed book cover. You will receive this in your email inbox. 

What are the payment options?

You can pay via debit card, credit card, Paypal or Amazon Pay

What formats are available?

We supply eBook covers and social media banners in hi resolution jpeg or PNG or PDF09. Print covers can be to any standard format as per your request and will include a back and spine.

Do you offer a custom cover service?

Yes we do, please get in touch with your requirements and we will run through all details. 

Is my cover unique?

Yes, once a cover has been sold it will never be reused.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately once a cover is supplied, it cannot be refunded.

How long does it take to receive my cover?

We aim to fulfil all orders within 24 hours of receiving confirmation (Mon-Fri)
